Course information
Another rolling Kona course. Starting out with a flat 400m and then into the rolling beautiful residential area behind the school. Wide roads rolling through the subdivision as you can view in the interactive course map. As you exit the subdivision it is flat and fast all the way back to and in Millenium park where you will veer right towards the ball fields, Double Up and 10k will simply continue down the sidewalk past the high school and back into the subdivision for lap 2 and 3. NOTE: 10k/15k double up because of this your distance will be a tenth short as you are not crossing 6 mile and going back into Millenium park on each lap. Aid stations at miles 1,2 and 3 with water and Gatorade Endurance Formula and Gator Gel. Click here for course map
Venue information
The beautiful Northville Michigan’s Millenium park hosts this year’s chocolate extravaganza. A venue with parking, enough space to accommodate any number of athletes at the start and finish. Kids Fun Run will be safe and secure.
Registration information
Northville’s Millenium Park, across the street from the high school and behind the fire department. Saturday 3:00 – 5:00 Sunday 7:00 am, Close 8:45 am. Once you arrive on site follow the signs and flags to the registration start area. Have you id ready and proceed to your group. Do not arrive late, we will not delay the start of an event for late arrivals. To avoid lines, please don’t wait till the last minute to arrive.
Fees
Kids Fun Run: $25, 5k: $50, 10k: $55, 15k:$70
Add $5 week of event (11.13)
Add $10 day before, day of.
Add $15 for Long Sleeve tech shirt in addition to Jacket
Policies
All events offer the same refund policy as other events in the industry nationwide. No Refunds or transfers for any reason! If an event is canceled due to circumstances out of our control including pandemic, health crisis, construction, weather, unsafe conditions etc. There will be NO Refunds or transfers. *Refunds or transfers granted for Military transfer or death. Jackets to those that opt in for and the first 1200 only! Long Sleeve shirts guaranteed 14 days out. If you register late your shirt is not guaranteed. Raffle: Treadmill based on availability.
Athlete Amenities
Huge Chocolate Buffet style. Super cool SILVER finisher medal. Long sleeve tech shirt, Those that opt for the “Jacket” will receive that.. 15k Double Up athletes will also receive a Kona winter Hat. Chocolate, Chocolate and more Chocolate – including Hot Chocolate, Tea and Coffee. –
**Please note, Jackets will NOT be mailed to participants who do not attend. We understand it is going to be a cold morning and folks may chose to not come however we will not be mailing jackets out.

The Venue Millenium Park
5K, 10k, 15k Double Up Offered
The traditional Kona Double Up is offered at this venue. Those looking for the longer event, The 10k & 15k starts first, followed by the 5k, 10k & 15k double up athletes keep going for for lap 2 or 3 to complete your Double Up 15k & 10k. 15k Double Up athletes will also receive a Kona Winter Hat.
Custom Event Medal
This year’s custom Silver medal features a 4.5 inch x 4.5 inch design with a custom ribbon.
Race Swag
THE JACKET!!! – To the first 800 registered. There are 4 styles to give to clear the warehouse. Custom Long sleeve T to everyone else. 15k Double Up athletes will also receive a Kona Winter Hat.
Fun Enviornment
Its Chocolate, its the holiday season, chocolate, its just before Thanksgiving, chocolate, music, chocolate, awards, chocolate, medals, chocolate, and smiling, laughing, chocolate faces.
The Chocolate Buffet
You will literally experience a true Chocolate buffet with sections of ice cream, shaved chocolate, baked chocolate goods, and other chocolate stations. Make your own Hot Chocolate, Coffee, or Tea. Then of course GUERNSEYS Chocolate Milk.
